Small Group Memberships

CONTRACT

Small Group Memberships are auto-renewing 4-week contracts. Your account will be charged every 4 weeks.

TERMINATION

To cancel your membership, a written notice to bStrong Bellevue is required at least 2 weeks in advance. You can find the Membership Cancellation form here.

SCHEDULE

You will sign up for a particular schedule. For example, Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5pm. These are your reserved spots and you’re automatically scheduled after you sign up.

Because of the limitations of our booking platform, we currently book members’ sessions in 16-week blocks. Your account will show a session total for more than the 4-week cycle you’ve paid for. These sessions are to be used until our next 16-week scheduling block. If your sessions are used before the end of the 16-week block (for example, attending more than 3 classes per week on average on a 3x/week membership), you are still responsible for all payments during that time. This information is mostly to help you understand why you may see more than 4-weeks worth of sessions on your account at one time. We use this approach to allow members to carry over make-up sessions and to allow access to future sessions to use as make-ups before a planned trip. 

MAKE-UP SESSIONS

In order to make up a session, you MUST cancel it from Zen Planner (not email/message/call us) at least 2 hours before the start of the session. If you cancel less than 2 hours before, or you fail to show up for your workout, you will not be able to make up that session. The maximum number of makeup sessions you can keep on your account is six (6).

Makeup sessions can only be used while your account is active. They will not be accessible when your account is placed on hold or canceled.

Makeup sessions are to be used IN ADDITION TO your normally scheduled classes. You cannot pause or cancel your membership in order to use your makeup sessions.

How to adjust your schedule:

  • Cancel your original appointment on the Zen Planner app or browser.
  • Book your make-up session (we do not allow walk-ins). You can view the schedule on the app and book the session you want. You can book up to 1 week in advance (you cannot rebook make-ups more than 1 week in the future).
  • Please keep in mind that part of the cancellation process is to allow other members to make up their needed sessions. When you’re trying to reschedule any sessions, you will be hopeful that everyone has kept their schedules up-to-date to allow more openings for your make-ups. If members are routinely no-showing their workouts, we may need to implement penalties for late cancellations and no-shows.

How many make-ups?

You are not limited on the number of sessions you can reschedule within a 4-week cycle, but you can only carry a maximum of 6 makeup sessions on your account at one time.

HOLDS 

Short-Term Breaks

For shorter vacations/breaks, you can cancel yourself from the schedule and book those sessions as make-ups. You can keep up to 6 make-up sessions on your account.

Two-Week Holds
You have the option of adding a hold of up to 2 weeks on your account every six months.

Extended Holds
For holds of up to 4 weeks, you may pause your account and reserve your spot for a fee. This may be used once every six months. The maximum length is 4 weeks, and your membership will start back up at the end of the hold.

  • How often can I use this hold? Up to once every 6 months

  • Will I lose my makeup sessions? No
  • Fee? $50+tax billed on the first day of your hold

*You may use EITHER a 2-Week hold OR Extended Hold once every six months (a total of one hold every six months)

Membership Cancellations

For longer vacations (longer than 1 month), you may cancel your membership and restart when you return. Current Membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as rates are subject to change.

*If your membership is canceled (two weeks after written notice) or put on hold, you will be unable to use your remaining make-up sessions*

CHANGING MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships require a 2-week notice to change memberships (for example, changing from 3x/week to 2x/week). Make-up sessions will not carry over when downgrading memberships. You may also need to choose a new schedule (for example, move out of a Mon/Wed/Fri slot and into a Tue/Thu slot). You can complete this form to request a membership change.
