Membership 2-week Hold

Please complete and submit the form below in order to place your account on hold.

• 2-Weeks’ notice is required to place a 2-week Hold.
• Holds can last a maximum of 2 weeks.
• Holds (either 2-week Holds or Extended holds) can only be used once every 6 months of membership (with at least 6 months between holds). For example, you can’t use a 2-week Hold and an Extended Hold back to back. Only one hold of any type is allowed every 6 months.
• The holds work by shifting your billing date by 2 weeks, not by adjusting the charge amount.
• There are no fees for the 2-week hold, and you will reserve your timeslot when you return.
• No sessions (including makeup sessions) can be used during a hold.
• If you are looking to place your account on hold for longer than 2 weeks, we offer the option to do an Extended Hold (up to 4 weeks) or you may cancel your membership (form here) and start-up when you return.
