Do you have more focused goals?  Are you brand new to fitness and need time to develop a foundation? Do you like working independently?

Many of our members have already discovered the benefits of working with a personal trainer/coach.  Sometimes in place of classes, sometimes in addition to them.  You can work with a trainer alone, with a spouse or partner, or with friends to make it more motivating and fun.  No matter what you choose, our personal trainers will give you complete focus and make your success a priority.

We demand the best from our trainers, so they can demand the best from you.  Our trainers are nationally certified and have years of experience in the field.

Whether your goal is to prepare for an event, build lean body mass, lose fat, or simply feel better so you can perform optimally in everyday life, our trainers will tailor a plan to get you there.

Pricing:
1-on-1
60 minutes: $80/session
Getting Started 10-pack of 60 minute sessions (one-time use): $700

30 minutes: $45/session
Getting Started 10-pack of 30 minute sessions (one-time use): $400

2-on-1 (Partner)
60 minutes: $50/person/session
Getting Started 10-pack of 60 minute sessions (one-time use): $450/person

30 minutes: $30/person/session
Getting Started 10-pack of 30 minute sessions (one-time use): $270

Prices are discounted for groups of 3-4, so please contact us if you’re interested.

OUR TRAINERS STAY BUSY AND IT’S IMPORTANT TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS AROUND OUR CLASS SCHEDULE. IF YOU’D LIKE US TO REACH OUT TO YOU REGARDING PERSONAL TRAINING, PLEASE FILL OUT THE INFORMATION BELOW SO WE CAN FIND THE BEST FIT FOR YOU. 

*Unfortunately, we do not currently have personal training available during classes. So we don’t have availability between 5:30am-7:30am or 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Other times depend on availability of each trainer. If you’re interested in trying a free week of classes to see if they would be a good fit for your goals, click here. We accept all levels of fitness into our classes, including beginners.
