FAQs

Do you offer a trial?
Yes! We offer a 2-week trial HERE. You’ll have a chance to meet our team, see our facility, and work your way through Small Group Training workouts to see if it’s a good fit for you.

Do you offer personal training and small group training?
Yes! Check out 1-on-1 training here and Small Group Training here.

What’s the difference between Small Group Training and Personal Training?
Personal training is 1-on-1 or 2-on-1. Workouts will be tailored specifically to your goals and limitations. You’ll get even closer supervision from your trainer.

Small Group Training is a hybrid model. You’ll be in groups of 3-6 people, working through a programmed routine and keeping track of progress to make sure you stay on track. Adjustments and modifications for each person will be made depending on level and limitations. This is our most popular option.

Who are your coaches?
We have some of the best in the business. All of our coaches are certified by nationally-recognized organizations. Many of them have fitness-related degrees, and all have many years of experience working in the fitness industry. Read more about them here

What if I have a previous injury?
Exercises can be modified for individuals with specific limitations/injuries. For example, if you have a knee injury, we can provide alternatives to running and jumping exercises. We’ve dealt with all sorts of injuries over the years including back, knee, shoulder, hip, foot, and wrist pain.

What if I have specific goals?
Depending on how specific your goals are, Personal Training may be a good option. But if you’re trying to lose fat, improve balance, coordination, endurance, core strength, get stronger and get in better shape, our Small Group Training could be a perfect fit at a more affordable price.

Are your classes like Crossfit?
Our classes may have a similar feel to Crossfit, in that we run some strength training and some HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) intervals. But we are not affiliated with Crossfit. We teach Powerlifts (deadlift, squats, bench press), but do not focus on Olympic Lifts. If you enjoy Crossfit, you may like the way we run our workouts.

Do you sell food?
Yes, we have water and snacks. We also partner with Fuller Nutrifuel, a meal prep service that delivers delicious ready-to-eat meals directly to the gym. Ask us about a bStrong discount code.
