Small Group Personal Training

Safely build strength, confidence, and lean muscle mass, while burning fat and feeling better in your daily life.

Get the accountability and focus of 1-on-1 training for a fraction of the price! This is not a traditional group fitness class.

The Workouts

We focus on functional strength training, mobility, balance, coordination, core, posture, and flexibility. These are not random workouts – we program in progressive 4-week cycles using a variety of sets and reps. Not only will you get stronger week over week, but you’ll learn new skills and improve your technique to continue challenging yourself and getting better.

Each member gets their own squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, bands, TRX, etc. So no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, you can work at the appropriate level and build from there. It’s still “personal” training but with a few other supportive members around you.

Do you have injuries or limitations that you’re concerned about? We can make modifications and find movements that work for your body in a safer, more comfortable way. And if you’re extra concerned about it, we also offer 1-on-1 training (see below).

Accountability

Just like with our 1-on-1 training, we’ll track your weight during each session and you’ll have individualized targets to hit for each exercise. No more guessing which weight you should grab. And you’ll have proof that you’re getting stronger from week to week!

Not only that, but our members have access to our InBody scanner to track body composition changes over time. Bodyweight doesn’t tell the whole story. You want to make sure you’re maintaining (or gaining) lean muscle mass over time. This is how you stay lean and strong into the future and achieve a healthy metabolism for LONGTERM success.

Consistency

Our Small Group Training approach (and our general approach to health) revolves around consistency. It’s impossible to make long-term progress without forming good habits.

It’s not about setting huge records on every single set. It’s about making small, incremental progress over time. You’ll definitely work hard, but we’re not trying to crush you every workout. We want you to be able to live the rest of your life feeling strong and energized throughout the day.

  • 3x/Week Training: $399 + tax per 4-wk cycle
    • best option for a complete week’s worth of strength training, including full-body workouts and high-intensity intervals
  • 2x/Week Training: $319 + tax per 4-wk cycle
    • best option to complement your already-active lifestyle, and build more durability in your other activities, with full-body strength training and proper coaching on technique and safety
  • 1x/Week Training: $179 + tax per 4-wk cycle
    • best option to add to your current endurance or HIIT training program
