Our classes run more like group personal training sessions than typical group fitness classes. We keep class size small enough so that our coaches can provide plenty of focus and form corrections. We welcome seasoned fitness veterans as well as newcomers to the fitness world. Plan on working hard and exceeding your own expectations!
Each of our certified coaches has spent years in the fitness industry and will provide supportive instruction.
Live Virtual bComplete
A virtual version of our bComplete metabolic resistance workout. Do it from the comfort of your own home. Minimal equipment necessary but a few household objects can come in handy (cans of soup, heavier object like laundry detergent, gallon jug, etc).

Join us for a complete metabolic resistance workout consisting of strength training, cardio and core. This high-energy interval training class incorporates a variety of equipment including medicine balls, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more.
Full Body Fuze
Combine full-body strength training with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to get a full-body sweat-dripping workout. You’ll have a chance to improve form in strength exercises while pushing your limits on conditioning intervals.
Strength will help you in almost every facet of life. Increase overall strength, power and knowledge throughout this informative hour-long class. Integrate core conditioning and athletic drills to pump up calorie burn while building power and lean body mass. Do all this while learning proper technique to help optimize results and avoid injury.

Full Body HIIT
HIIT (high-intensity interval training) combines full-body strength and conditioning movements to keep the heart rate up and keep you moving. We’ll make sure you’re moving the right way, so be ready to challenge your mobility, strength and endurance.
Schedule: Tue/Th 5:30pm, 6:30pm
This slow flow class is commonly known as a “vinyasa”, meaning flow. We will begin by holding postures to familiarize the body, then begin to move through one posture per breath, connecting body & breath to calm the mind. Class will end with some long holding or “Yin” postures followed by a relaxing “savasana”, resting pose.

Which class is right for me?
Our answer: All of them. To achieve well-rounded health, it’s important to work on different aspects of fitness. Improving strength will help you get more out of your endurance work, move more efficiently, and help you avoid injury. It is also very important in improving body composition (decreasing body fat). Many people avoid strength training for fear of “bulking up.” It is actually one of the best ways to improve your metabolism, burn fat and look slimmer.
Improving endurance can help you recover more quickly and provides all the cardiovascular benefits that are so important for protecting our heart and brain health and all-around longevity.
It’s my first class, which one should I take?
Each of our class formats is appropriate for beginners. Be sure to let the coach know it’s your first workout and we can provide modifications and extra instruction when necessary.
If your goal is to look, feel and perform better, it’s important to focus on a balanced approach. We need strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, stability, mobility. We’re happy to get into more details and to discuss your specific goals. Just ask!
